Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed after production begins.

Pricing & Payments

• Full payment is required before production begins
• Prices are subject to change without notice

PrintByAPO is not responsible for pricing errors but will notify customers if they occur.

Custom Printing & Artwork Responsibility

All products are custom printed based on customer-provided or approved artwork. You are responsible for:

• Correct spelling, grammar, and content
• Proper file setup (resolution, dimensions, bleed)
• Final approval of artwork before production

PrintByAPO is not responsible for errors in approved or submitted files.

Design Services

If design services are requested:

• Work will be completed based on the provided brief
• Revisions are limited unless otherwise agreed
• Design work is non-refundable once started

Production & Turnaround

Production begins only after:

• Payment is received
• Artwork is approved

Estimated timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped across Canada and the United States
• Free shipping is offered on eligible orders
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

PrintByAPO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing:

• Returns are not accepted
• Reprints are offered for verified production defects

Customers must report issues within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Refunds are issued only when a resolution cannot be provided.

Custom Quotes

Orders placed through our Custom Quote service follow the same Terms.

All specifications must be confirmed before production begins.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that:

• You have the rights to use all submitted artwork and content
• Your materials do not infringe on any third-party rights

PrintByAPO is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PrintByAPO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed
