Getting Started

To begin a design request, you can:

• Select design services when ordering a product
• Submit a request through our Custom Quote option
• Provide details, references, and any branding materials

The more information you provide, the better the final result.

Design Process

• Brief Submission – You provide requirements, content, and references
• Initial Concept – Our team creates a design based on your input
• Review & Revisions – You request changes if needed
• Final Approval – Design is approved before printing

Production will only begin after final approval is received.

Revisions Policy

• Design services include a limited number of revisions (as agreed per project)
• Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges
• Revisions must stay within the original design concept

Turnaround Time

Design timelines vary depending on complexity:

• Basic design: 1–3 business days
• Custom or complex projects: 2–5+ business days

Timelines may vary based on revision cycles and response time.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, clients must:

• Provide accurate content (text, logos, images)
• Review proofs carefully before approval
• Confirm spelling, layout, and details

PrintByAPO is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

File Ownership & Usage

• Final print-ready files are provided for the specific order
• Source/editable files may not be included unless agreed in advance
• Designs created by PrintByAPO remain our property unless otherwise stated

Cancellations & Refunds

• Design work is non-refundable once started
• If a project is canceled mid-process, charges will apply based on work completed

Compatibility with Printing

All designs are created specifically for PrintByAPO production standards.

We are not responsible for print issues if files are used with other providers.

Custom Design Requests

If you need something not listed on our website, use our Custom Quote option.
