Return & Refund Policy – PrintByAPO

As a Canadian-owned print provider, PrintByAPO ensures quality on every order and offers reprints for any production issues affecting customers across Canada and the United States.

Our commitment to quality and how we handle returns, reprints, and refunds.

Overview

At PrintByAPO, all products are custom printed to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you. Because of this, our return policy is different from standard retail products.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of printing:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom printed products
  • This includes orders where the customer has approved artwork or submitted print-ready files

Reprints & Order Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue caused by us, we will make it right. You may be eligible for a free reprint or correction if:

  • There is a printing defect (e.g., color issues, smudging, cutting errors)
  • The final product does not match the approved proof
  • The wrong product or specifications were produced

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the problem

Non-Eligible Cases

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in customer-submitted artwork (typos, low resolution, incorrect dimensions, etc.)
  • Color variations due to RGB vs CMYK differences
  • Minor cutting shifts within industry tolerance
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins
  • Once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled

Shipping Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit – we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • Damaged during shipping – contact us with photos within 3 business days

We will assist in filing claims and arranging replacements where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • A reprint is not possible
  • An issue has been verified as our responsibility

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Custom Orders & Quotes

Orders placed through our Custom Quote service follow the same policy. Because these are often specialized jobs, all specifications are confirmed before production begins.
